We often hear: "Science knows best."

People respect science, and for good reason.

But sometimes, we trust it too much.

The problem?

Often, what's scientifically accepted today can be debunked tomorrow.

For example:

  • Flat earth theory: Once a factual belief, now laughable.
  • Bloodletting & lobotomies: Once-celebrated cure-alls today seem barbaric.
  • The 10% brain myth: Neuroscience now frowns upon this idea.

A common oversight: Thinking every new fact is final

Assuming every new discovery as the ultimate truth is flawed – because eventually there’s something else that takes its place.

As a behaviour change scientist, I back modern methods, but older ways often seem to offer even more valuable lessons. These traditional ideas and practices have survived the test of time for a reason.

Ancient teachings about family, sacrifice, duty, loyalty, and honesty hold timeless value.

I'm convinced that blending this age-old wisdom with modern science paves the way for profound transformations.

Shifting gears: From purely modern to ancient-inspired thinking

Rather than solely relying on the latest scientific findings, it's essential to delve into their roots and broader implications.

Combining old wisdom with new knowledge leads to better mental health, indistractible focus, and a deeper sense of purpose.

Introducing "High Thinker": Dive deep, rise above

In today's world, our screens and minds are flooded with information.

Everywhere you turn, there's a barrage of headlines, shorts and notifications.

In this age of bewilderment, you might ask: where do profound, impactful ideas fit in?

How do we find thoughts that not only rise above the noise but also nudge us to make a move?

Enter "High Thinker." More than just a newsletter, it's a call to action.

In our confusing times, the need for high thinking and deep living has never been greater.

"High Thinker" is your base. It's where you'll find ideas that resonate and inspire you to act, bringing clarity to the confusion.

So, what's high thinking?

  • Instead of getting swept up by the latest fads or the push of influencers, high thinking encourages us to tap into timeless wisdom. Just because something sounds cool doesn't make it true. Our choices should be rooted in genuine truths, considering both our well-being and others.
  • At its core, high thinking nudges us to seek a purpose bigger than material gains, such as wealth, fame or beauty. It's about being on a mission larger than ourselves.
  • High thinking is about seeking deeper fulfilment, and engaging in activities that ACTUALLY enrich our lives — where there's a balance in spiritual and material development.

The "High Thinker" mission: Marrying ageless wisdom with scientific insights to drive change – both in your life and in the lives of those around you.

Think there's a deeper layer to life? Dive into "High Thinker" and let’s make waves.
